How do I return an item?
Company Policy: No returns, except for damaged products. If a product has arrived to you damaged, broken, or spilled, it will be replaced with the same product. Please examine your order carefully upon receipt. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Regarding Skin Allergies and Sensitivities: These aromatic botanicals products contain high quantities of essential oils. If you have any known allergies to a specific essential oil or herb, please contact us before you purchase the product. In some cases we will be able to make adjustments on the product.
